terms of service

by commissioning me, you're agreeing to the following:

- I will only start the commission once i'm paid.- I can refuse your request if i wish to.- Updates will be given from 3 to 3 days or less. Not daily.- Any changes after the work is done will be charged. ($10+)- Non-Disclosure Agreement costs 10% of the original price.- Both parties may not share each other's personal details with third parties.- I do not allow any editing of my art, if the client wishes for something to be changed ask me and i will do it myself.- Do not repost the commission without permission.- The prices of my commissions are not negotiable.- Work frame of 3 to 4 weeks.- .png files with and without transparency will be provided once the artwork is done.- Payment UP-front only.- I do not allow the use of my art to train AI.- No refunds.

For vtuber models:

- All of the terms above.- Credit is needed if using my model on socials.- Work frame of 2-3 months.- Please ask before reselling a model.- Models over $400 may have payment plan available to discussion.- I only work with original characters that already exist (have art of), if you want me to design your character from zero please refer to the Design fee listed here.

ㅤWhat softwares do you use?

Clip Studio Paint PRO, to draw and animate frame-by-frame.
After Effects, to animate twinning.
OBS, to record.
Vegas, to edit.

How long do you take to respond to DMs?

Usually less than 48 hours.

How many days a week do you work?

5 days a week. I do not work on weekends.

Will you be able to call during a commission so we can discuss more clearly?

I rather not call with clients as i prefer DMing instead. I can provide you my Discord but i will only DM you and i won't respond to anything but business related talks. Dming is more preferable since if i happen to forget a detail i can always just go back and read it again.

Your waitlist seems too full for me, can i obtain priority?

Sure! Priority fees are not always available so please ask before commissioning me. I usually charge +60% the original price for priority fees.

I can't find examples of the commission type i want.

If you can't find it, it's probably because i haven't worked on that in a while and i don't like to list old examples since i improve more everyday and would only like to provide the best quality i can.

Vtuber models:

sketch > clean up > lineart > base color > shade > render > separate .PSD

- Colored sketches -

This style looks more "chunky" and doesn't have lineart. It is also finished quicker than any other commission type.

- Reference sheets -

You must have an original character for this commission. I will NOT design the character.

- Sketch Page -

Price may vary due to the amount of expressions/characters there may be.

- Thumbnails -

There are 2 styles for this commission choice. One will take several more hours to finish and the other will be much simpler and quick to be delivered!

- Renders -

This style looks more finished and clean! It also has lineart, which takes a bit longer for me to finish.

- Chibis -

They are much quicker for me to finish as they are cellshaded and basically colroed sketches.

- PNGtubers -

This will take more time to finish, due to working with both Clip Studio AND After Effects, so updates will be limited.
